Sky Steele
Business owner and Clinical Psychologist
Sky Steele is a registered clinical psychologist. She has been working with children, adolescents and adults for almost 20 years to help them understand, manage and improve their mental health and create a more meaningful life. As a clinical psychologist she has experience in cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and training in dialectal behaviour therapy and neurolinguistic programming. Sky’s interests include working with women, parents, those suffering anxiety and people starting on their journey of self-acceptance.
Sky is a mum of three boys and one girl; aged 12, 10, 8 and 7. Her second oldest has a diagnosis of Autism and ADHD. She has been with her husband since high school and despite their ups and downs describes three keys to a healthy relationship; communication, willingness to move through each season together and acceptance of the other person. Sky herself has suffered from anxiety, panic symptoms and ADHD since childhood. Sky’s belief is that a more meaningful life starts with you, Uniquely you.
Alison Bartczak
Life Coach, Counsellor and Circle of Security Facilitator
Alison is passionate about relational connection, self mastery and healing.
With a strengths based approach, she prides herself on delivering evidence based and holistic therapies. Creating therapeutic connection with her warmth and compassion, you'll feel safe and calm in her attuned presence.
As a Qualified Counsellor, Alison provides therapeutic support for children, adolescents and adults. Specialising in the delivery of our affect regulation program for NDIS recipients.
As a Circle of Security Facilitator, Alison teaches an attachment based parenting approach. Increasing emotional attunement in the parent, child relationship.
For those who feel disconnected from their internal compass, Alison's comprehensive knowledge as an 'mbraining' Life Coach supports individuals to reconnect to their head, heart and gut brain intellegences. Accessing their intuitive guidence to flourish and reach their highest potential.
When life becomes overwhelming and you may have lost hope or direction, Alison will guide you to focus within and access self healing, through Reiki.
Mel Aurino
LIfe Coach
With the completion of a Diploma in Life Coaching and my passion for helping people overcome challenges, I work one on one with individuals to help them achieve their career/life goals. I do this by actively listening, asking insightful questions and challenging beliefs and values to help guide you through the path that is right for you. I specialise in mindset, overcoming negative emotions and experiences, clarity and career direction.
Whilst I endeavour to help anyone with any issues they have, I am really passionate about helping men as I believe men are underrepresented and deserve to be supported as much as anyone else.
Robyn Zelvis
Registered Psychologist
Robyn Zelvis is a Registered Psychologist working with children, adolescents and adults.
She is experienced with a wide range of mental health issues across the life span and uses evidence-based therapies with particular emphasis on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness based treatments.
Robyn provides a supportive, caring and empowering environment for clients in order to help them facilitate change and create the life they want to live. She encourages clients to practice self-compassion and gratitude as a foundation for building the strength to living a rich meaningful life.
Amanda Palamara
Registered Psychologist
Amanda is a Registered Psychologist who provides psychological services for adults. She provides treatment and support for issues concerning: self-esteem, anger management, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, post-natal depression, grief & bereavement, medication compliance, pain management, domestic violence and drug & alcohol issues. Amanda also sees clients under workers compensation and CTP.
Jae Lalor
Registered Psychologist
Jae is a Registered Psychologist. Teddy is a therapy puppy in training and is in every psychology session with her. Together, Jae and Teddy see children, teenagers and adults. Teddy is knee height and a ball of fluff. He is not an intimidating dog, but if you or your child has a severe dog phobia, we’d recommend seeing someone else.
Jae is down to earth and relaxed. She had a life before becoming a psychologist and has a range of experience in the real world. Her superpower is her ability to connect with people and help them feel safe. Jae works with people experiencing a range of issues including anxiety, depression and the impacts of trauma. Jae also has a special interest in neurodivergence including autism (ASD), ADHD, ODD, and all those letters of the alphabet. When working with children, Jae prefers to work collaboratively where possible – talking to teachers, parents and other professionals involved with the child.
Jae has done a bunch of training after university and is always learning. She incorporates evidence-based practice with emerging therapeutic approaches. Since registration as a psychologist Jae has studied somatic psychotherapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, somatic experiencing, internal family systems, movement for trauma and lots more.
Jae presently work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from the practice.

Ron Prior
Counsellor and hypnotherapist
Ron is a qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist. He offers a professional and friendly service to clients across the lifespan. Ron's interests include but not limited to; anxiety, depression, addiction, stress (HSC, university and life stressors), and emotional and behavioural issues. He provides hypnotherapy for insomnia, smoking, weight management, stress, performance enhancing and confidence boosting. He teaches relaxation therapy for people who find it hard to unwind.
Naomie Anderson
Registered Psychologist
Naomie is a Registered Psychologist who has worked for over 30 years with children, adolescents, families and adults in educational, child protection and private practice sectors. She uses a warm, caring and evidence-based approach that is tailored to each client.
Naomie is also a certified relationship counsellor who uses the Gottman therapy as a basis for her interventions to assist couples who are experiencing difficulties within their relationships. Naomie is also competent in a range of psychological assessments for children and adolescents. She also sees clients under the worker’s compensation system.
Roz Jennings
Registered Psychologist
Roz Jennings is a Registered Psychologist working with children, adolescents and adults for the past 16 years. Utilising evidence based therapies combined with warmth and humour, she helps clients understand the connection between thoughts, feeling and behaviour. Roz is experienced with a wide range of mental health conditions and personal issues across the life span. She values diversity and works to offer a culturally safe space where clients can explore their unique selves and establish their own agenda for change regardless of age, disability, ethnic or religious belonging, sexuality or gender identity.
Sherri Purse
Therapy Dog Trainer and Support Worker
Sherri is our onsite dog handler and dog trainer and mum to our beautiful Therapy Dog Bear. Sherri is a mum of four children, three of them diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. Her passion is working with people to support them and let them know they are not alone on this life journey. She also has a specific interest in working with animals to improve the lives of others.
Sherri is involved in more alternative supports within our practise including; support groups for mums and people experiencing mental health issues, walk and talk groups and will be joining us with Bear in future groups, workshops and retreats.
